Is Rhoam an app or a bank?

Rhoam is a financial platform and super app, not a bank. Rhoam Money FZE is a licensed financial services company registered in the UAE. We do not offer credit or lending. What we do is connect your existing financial life, layer intelligence on top of it, and give you tools that your bank does not offer. Think of Rhoam as the operating system for your money.
